1. The First Amendment does not apply here. These forums are privately owned and operated, and Freedom of Speech is a luxury not guaranteed to you by Hammer Down Racing.

2. You will not post any pornographic, or illegal images, or any other type of illegal software, products, or information. No exceptions.

3. You will not discuss Politics, nor Religion in these forums. These two subjects are very personal for most people, and you are fooling yourself if you think anyone cares what you think or believe, or that you can change anyone's mind. We have had nothing but bad results from discussions of this nature, and that will no longer be allowed. There are many places on the web where these subjects can be freely discussed, this is not one of them.

4. If you have a problem with another member here, whether it be linked to an on track incident, or otherwise, you will take this up in private with the member in question, or in private with an Administrator. We will not tolerate flaming, or any other type of disrespectful posts in this forum.

5. Please limit the use of profanity. We are mostly adults here, and to be honest, most high school kids curse more than we do, so cursing is allowed, but please do it in moderation.

6. The Administrators of this forum reserve the right to remove, or edit any post that we deem to be inappropriate, or in violation of the rules. Repeated rule violations may be dealt with more severely.
